🔁 Return / Replacement (RTO)

• Requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
  
• Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all labels & accessories intact.
  
• A clear, uncut unboxing video is mandatory (showing parcel label, 360° view before opening, and complete product).
  
• Sale/discounted items and products damaged after delivery are not eligible.
  
• If no manufacturing defect is found, ₹300 (pickup + reshipping) will be charged.
  
• Refunds (if approved) will be issued as Store Credit or to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
