🔄 Return / Replacement Policy (RTO)

Cruxfab offers a simple and transparent return/replacement policy.

Cruxfab provides a simple and transparent return or replacement policy for health, wellness, and daily-use products. To be eligible, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition. All original packaging, labels, and accessories must be returned intact, and the return request must be raised within the applicable return window.

Products that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return or replacement.

📌 Important Conditions (Please Read Carefully):

1️⃣ Return / Exchange Window

Return or replacement requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

2️⃣ Mandatory Unboxing Video

A clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory.
The video must show:

  • Opening of parcel with lable and 360 video of box before opening 
  • Video must be uncut
  • The complete product clearly

3️⃣ Product Condition Requirements

  • Product must not be physically damaged

  • Original box and packaging must be intact

  • All accessories must be included

  • Product must be unused

4️⃣ Shipping Charges

If you request a return or replacement without any manufacturing defect:
➡ ₹300 total (pickup + reshipping charges)
All returns are subject to approval after inspection.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or replacement:

  • Sale or discounted products

  • Products damaged after delivery

💰 Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, you will be informed via WhatsApp or email.

If approved, refunds will be processed as:
👉 Cruxfab Store Credit, usable for purchasing any product of the same or higher value.

If a refund to the original payment method is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Note: Products must be unused and returned in perfect packaging condition to qualify for any refund.

❌ Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

  • If an order is cancelled after dispatch, shipping charges will be deducted.

🚚 Delivery Policy

We ensure safe, secure packaging with strict quality checks.
For safety and hygiene reasons, open delivery is strictly not allowed.
Please Do not accept delivery of the courier package with the open seal
